The Post Ebola Recovery Social Investment Fund (PERSIF) project, targets Ebola-affected communities especially along the borders of Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone seeks to contribute to the availability of selected basic social services, restoration of livelihoods and economic opportunities.
